Horgan GCI offers project management services which include representation
through every stage of a set contract as a free based service. Our Project
management services include: Owners liaison, cost estimating, budget review,
value engineering and client representation.
We offer a rare skill of being able to look at a project through the perspective
of a construction firm and as such, can serve as an extension to you when
needed.
Project Supervisor
Whether the size of a clients renovation or construction project is large or
small, every project warrants the position of a project supervisor to work in
conjunction with our crew in order to deliver superior results. Our project
supervisor administration includes: On-site supervision, including managing
crews, subcontractors, schedule’s and submittals. Our project supervisor is
well versed in our principles and procedures of personnel recruitment,
selection, training and other labor related issues.
Superintendent
Precision and detail is essential in the field. Great command of over all
milestones of any given project is what we deliver at Horgan GCI. Our
Project Foreman is the keystone in bringing all the facets of field management
together. Followed by many years of experience in the construction field,
our Project Foreman is responsible for: Monitoring quality control through-
out the project by conducting tests of all products and services to ensure
quality standards. Communicates with others involved in the project such
as Architects, engineers, surveyors and clientele, to convey necessary
information. Our Site-Foreman is in charge of financial resources allocated
to the project and accounts for expenditures and ensures that the project
is completed within budget, therefore having knowledge in accounting
principle and practices.
