Archie joined Horgan GCI in 2013 as a Project Manager/Designer, he is involved in the designing
and estimating process of prospective projects.
With his 25 years of experience in architecture, engineering and management, Archie assists in
evaluation of clients, RFP’s (requests for proposals) and budget review.
These services are carried through with the development of the construction and permitting
documents. Completing these documents in house, expedites the process while controlling the
quality and cost of the project. As the project is permitted and construction begins, Archie
remains involved in the development, assuring our client that their vision is met.
With Archie as a member of the Horgan GCI team, Horgan GCI’s commitment to value and quality
